We are in this Together

We are excited to welcome students, parents, and staff back for the 2020 – 2021 school year. The past 6 months have been a reminder that Randolph is a community that is able to come together in both good times and in difficult times. We must continue to work collaboratively to keep our community healthy, safe, and prosperous. Through our collective efforts, we will continue to rely on one another as we navigate this hybrid approach for the very first time together. Regardless of whether your child attends school in person or remotely, we have created options and resources to meet the needs of every individual student. As always, our educators will continue to go above and beyond to ensure that every child in Randolph has the support they need to thrive. We can overcome any obstacle when we are united.

The safety and well-being of our learning community has and will continue to be our top priority. I am thankful for our custodial, health, and maintenance teams who have worked diligently for months to ensure the safe return of our learning community. It’s an important reminder that guidance from the state can shift and change at any time. Families should always be prepared for the possibility of fully remote instruction. We have and will continue to enhance remote instruction through staff professional development and training. For our students returning in person, families continue to have the flexibility to choose a fully remote learning plan at any time. If for whatever reason remote learning is identified as a better option for your child, we will accommodate that request for the remainder of the marking period. Please contact your child’s principal with questions.

It is with great pleasure that I say welcome back to school. We have all missed our students very much and we are here to support you if you have any questions. We are grateful for the return of our students, and we hope that every child has a productive, engaging, and phenomenal school year. We are in this together.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Fano
