Academies

Launched in 2022, the Academy for Business Administration, offered in partnership with the County College of Morris, is an Early College dual-enrollment program for motivated students ready to explore the world of business and start earning college credits before graduation.

From the start of high school, students take college-level coursework leading to both a Randolph High School diploma and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the County College of Morris. The curriculum mirrors college expectations and emphasizes essential business skills including financial literacy, marketing and entrepreneurship.

Students also earn industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, giving them a competitive advantage in college admissions and future careers. During junior year, students attend classes at the County College of Morris in the afternoon and become full-time college students during senior year.

Academy students remain full-time Randolph High School students and are eligible to participate in all athletics, clubs and school events.

Opening in September 2026, the Academy for Sports Management will empower students passionate about athletics to explore the business, leadership and event-planning sides of the sports industry. Designed for future sports professionals, this program will blend classroom learning with hands-on experience in one of today’s fastest-growing career fields.

The curriculum will combine academic rigor with experiential learning, covering topics such as sports marketing, facility operations, leadership and event management. Students will gain valuable experience through internships, mentorships and college credit opportunities, preparing them for success in professional sports, collegiate athletics and recreational management.

Participants will also have the opportunity to earn industry-valued certifications in Microsoft Office, personal finance and related fields — strengthening their portfolios as they pursue internships and future careers.

As with all academies, students remain full-time Randolph High School students and are eligible to participate in all sports, clubs and school traditions.
