Randolph High School proudly offers an innovative, career-focused business academy in partnership with the Morris County Vocational School District, giving students an early start on college and career success. This program provide hands-on experiences, college credit opportunities and real-world skills that set students apart. This academy is open to all students across Morris County.

Academy for Business Administration – Early College

Launched in 2022, the Academy for Business Administration, offered in partnership with the County College of Morris, is an Early College dual-enrollment program for motivated students ready to explore the world of business and start earning college credits before graduation.

From the start of high school, students take college-level coursework leading to both a Randolph High School diploma and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the County College of Morris. The curriculum mirrors college expectations and emphasizes essential business skills including financial literacy, marketing and entrepreneurship.

Students also earn industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, giving them a competitive advantage in college admissions and future careers. During junior year, students attend classes at the County College of Morris in the afternoon and become full-time college students during senior year.

Academy students remain full-time Randolph High School students and are eligible to participate in all athletics, clubs and school events.
