Randolph High School Nationally Recognized in the Top 7% for College Success

GreatSchools announced the winners of its fifth-annual College Success Award which recognizes and celebrates public high schools that excel at preparing students to enroll and succeed in college. Randolph High School is one of only 1,742 public high schools in the nation to win this year's Award, which is based on college preparation and postsecondary data shared by each state. Schools awarded are far above the state average in key measures of college and career readiness. This is the fourth consecutive year Randolph High School has earned this distinction, having also earned the award in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

“I'm proud to see Randolph High School honored once again by GreatSchools.org. To be recognized, schools must stand out in the area of academics, equity and environment so it is a true school and community accomplishment,” Randolph High School Principal Jessica Caruso Baxter said. “For our part, Randolph High School has strong educators who prepare our students with the skills necessary to succeed in any post-secondary plans they pursue. GreatSchools.org recognized where our school exceeds expectations and also gives us potential areas to focus in order to excel even more. I would like to congratulate and thank our Randolph High School staff and students who work hard each day and represent our community so well.”

Director of Secondary Education Jonathan Olsen added: “Over 90% of our students graduate from our high school every year and attend either a two or four year institution. We recognize the efforts of our teachers and school counselors to help prepare our students for this next step in their lives. We also understand that our students put a tremendous amount of time into their applications and overall search process. I second Principal Caruso Baxter’s sentiments congratulating our staff and students.”
