Teacher Recommendation and Parent Waivers

Please note that rubrics are used as a guide to recommend and place students in classes. Recommendations can change as teachers and administrators assess student performance and other data.
Parents/guardians with questions about recommendations and student performance are encouraged to contact their child's classroom teacher first.
The middle school does offer a waiver option if a parent requests their child to be placed in a level other than the level recommended by the education professionals at the middle school.
For waiver information, please speak to your child's teacher first. After speaking to the teacher, you may request the waiver form from your child's teacher.
