8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Board Meeting
In anticipation of the impending inclement weather, K through grade 5 parent-teacher conferences are cancelled for Thursday and Friday (11/15 and 11/16). Regular school days will be in session on these days unless we are impacted by weather. Monday and Tuesday (11/19 and 11/20) will be early release days to accommodate parent-teacher conferences for K through grade 5 students, with evening conferences on Monday (11/19).
The Randolph Community School will offer early dismissal care on Monday and Tuesday. All children registered for early dismissal care on Thursday and Friday will receive credits to their parent Community Pass accounts. If you are interested in Early Dismissal Care on Monday and Tuesday, please register at: https://register.capturepoint.com/RandolphCommunitySchool. If you have questions, you may call the Community School at (973) 361-0808 ext. 8603.
The Randolph Community School is now accepting registration for the Shongum Ski Club which offers fourth and fifth graders at Shongum the opportunity to take lessons and enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Shawnee on six Fridays after school in January and February. Transportation is provided by coach busing. Registration is a two-part process and begins with registration and payment of the ski club fee on the Community School's online Community Pass registration at https://register.capturepoint.com/RandolphCommunitySchool. The ski club fee covers the costs of advisors, chaperones, busing and an administrative fee. Parents will later receive an email with a login and password for Shawnee where they can select the ski package for their child. If registration with Shawnee is done by November 20, students will pay for five trips and receive the sixth trip free. For ski club information, click here. For ski club rules, click here.
The Randolph Community School has opened childcare registration for the 2018-19 school year for children in grades K-5. We will continue to offer EarlyBirds and After School Kids programs at all four elementary schools. We will also offer early dismissal care and holiday fun care on some days when schools are closed. Registration is available on our convenient online Community Pass registration system here. If you have any questions, please call the Community School at (973) 361-0808 ext. 8603.
