Technology Support Requests

  • All requests for Technology support should be directed to https://support.rtnj.org using your network login information or helpdesk@rtnj.org using your @rtnj.org email account.

    When sending a support request to helpdesk@rtnj.org please keep the following in mind with regards to the content of your email.

    • Subject Line - This should be very brief description of your issue, including building and room location when available. This will be used to categorize the request and allow for easier identification by Technology support staff.
    • Email Message - The message of your email is very important and should contain any information that will help describe your issue.
    • Attachments - Any attachments will be added to the incident. Size of attachments should be limited to 10 MB or less.

    When reporting an incident to helpdesk@rtnj.org please do not lump multiple requests into a single email.

    Only staff with a district issued email address may submit a support request; any requests from email addresses outside the district email system will be rejected.

    You may access your mailbox from any Internet enabled device by going to https://portal.office.com/.
