Why take the PSAT?
The PSAT is a practice SAT. The primary reason to take the assessment is to became familiar with the format and questions found on the SAT Reasoning Test. Further, we, in the school counseling department, would like all students to begin the college search and exploration process earlier in their high school years. To enhance the use of Naviance it is beneficial to have a score on the PSAT from both the sophomore and junior years.
All sophomores and most juniors will take the PSAT on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 Further information regarding the PSAT and other programs will be sent to families via parentlink alert.
