We are thrilled that the Randolph Schools Referendum passed!
We want to thank all of the community members who gave their input on project priorities during the planning process, and all those who came out to vote and show support for our students and schools. Now, the work begins to make vital improvements to safety and security; classroom, storage and extracurricular spaces; and building maintenance across all of our schools. We look forward to keeping the residents of Randolph informed along the way and should start to see progress on the improvements to our schools this summer.
The Randolph Community Facilities Task Force was organized at the request of the Randolph Township Board of Education and was comprised of Randolph Township residents, Randolph District teachers, staff, administrators and the district’s architect-of-record, Greg Somjen of Parette Somjen Architects. The group was tasked with reviewing and assessing the facilities owned by the Randolph Township Board of Education, including all school buildings, fields and field houses, and native properties. The Community Facilities Task Force identified areas of concern and proposed several methods for renovating, upgrading, or building.
